Hi, it would be great if branching could include some functionality with rating questions - I'm using quite complex branching to go the extra mile and deliver a bit more of a personalised survey and it would be great to send respondents to different questions based on a 1-10 or 1-5 rating, rather than constantly having to ask for 'Strongly Agree - Strongly Disagree' each time.

Agree. I have a 1-10 rating and would like, for anything less than an '5', need get their feedback why they rate it so low.
I would also like it is branching was actually usable. I have a set of check boxes (tick which of these modules you took) and I'd like to then only ask people about the modules that they took.

I would like to see branching on a multi-select so that more detail could be provided based on the responses.
I also would like to see branching available based on rating response. If someone rates with 2 stars, I want to know why and add an additional question.

I would also like this functionality - I have list for which I would like to prompt a date picker for each item ticked. Right now, the best workaround would be to complete a form for each list item (there are about 2 dozen options)...this isn't exactly user friendly.
For a formative math assessment, I need branching on text questions. Multiple choice is too ambiguous.
It would be great to have a functionality with multiple branching in my form in a sort of loop rather than having the user fill out multiple forms. for example look at the following multiple choice questions
1. Do you have a phone?
A Yes (Branch to next question)
B No (End of form)
2 Do you like your phone
A Yes (Branch to question 4)
B No (Next question)
3 Provide feedback text
4 Do you have another phone
A Yes (branch back to question 2)
B No (end of form)
Another example would be to if you were asked to fill out your job experience you should add multiple experiences within one session.
That would be great. I'm creating a medical form and would like to have a response to only those conditions that are ticked.
So if I have a list and they tick Asthma, it then drops down to say Mild, Moderate, Severe
I think right now all I can do is have each condition as a separate question, which is nightmare to collate for 100 students!

This would be great as well on choice questions with multiple selections. If a respondent selects multiple options it will pull up additional questions based on just the selections made. There currently is not any branching options for Choices (Multiple).
Agree. I have a 1-10 rating and would like, for anything less than an '8', to have a branched text question asking for feedback/ideas to improve.
