Please add an upload function so the form can gather information via an upload system - eg for application for employment - upload your qualifications - much better uses for forms then

100%! If the user can upload photos, Forms becomes an extremely useful tool. We want to be able to use forms for dilapidation reports and this requires photos.

If Microsoft Forms would allow the ability to add an attachment (document or image), this would add considerable value and increase business use.

I really agree. It would help us a lot if the respondents could attach a file or a photo to clarify their answers.
This would make it possible for us as a organization to use Forms for a much wider area, both internal and external.

Without being able to upload attachments, this doesn't really do anything for my needs.

It would be helpful to have the option to take a photo and upload it, In my case we want to include some photos.
In out case, we want to capture a following for a product of the company and we want to include a photo after we use it.
