Real time data transferring to PowerBI and/or Data Parsing from within Forms.
You can use Power Automate to create a flow, that create a SharePoint list, that will sync with Power BI - but its a faf and its all MS - so why isn’t that functionality built in?

I have watched multiple tutorials of how to link to Forms to Power BI as a streaming dataset and yet they do not take into account the complexity of a long form with multiple likerts. You are just making it too hard.
Create please, a direct data connection with Team, without the need of Flows and/or downloads into excel files
Vote added - Power BI connector shall be available to easily visualize and analyze the data.

I think anything that allows me to connect to the forms data through power bi desktop would be a winner for me
In the Forms Responses Tab you should add two options.
1) Autosave and update Excel file into your OneDrive account.
If you have started the Form from the web page then you cannot get the link to update the Excel file automatically in OneDrive. Only if you start from Excel Forms in OneDrive then it works.
2) Setup a PBIX template file and allow the user to download. This file can be designed to include the direct link to SharePoint Folder/OneDrive and have all the standard Diagrams included on the Dashboard. The user just need to refresh the dashboard every day to see new Responses from the linked XLSX file in OneDrive. The user can then add the dashboard online to Powerbi.com if they have a registration.
This works now, but most people will not find it and it's a manual process that only works if you start from OneDrive as described above.
For surveys especially it would be quite punchy to be able to show real time response updates. I'm sure it wouldn't take much for one Azure/cloud based solution to talk to another, especially from the same solution provider.

When Microsoft Forms send Power BI Read time dataset, I can build the Dashboard for viewing responses of multiple forms in real-time.
like at event, suggestions for each session in a dashboard.

Can Power BI be used to access Forms data?
The workaround I've started to use is the following:
1 - Create the from from an Excel file on OneDrive.
2 - Set up my Power Queries, Power Pivots and Power BI reading from that Excel file.
