Allow pre-populated data via URL parameter
It would be helpful to be able to add a GET value to the share link to provide default answers to questions. E.g., ?q1=default&q2=default2

Why can't I detect the URL in Flow. We should at least be able to pass a query string parameter to the Response.aspx page and read the sender in a Flow

This would be a game changer in MSForms/Sharepoint online functionality

Agree, this would be great to be able to add a unique tracking reference in the form.

Could you finally do it, please?
Such a basic function for Google Forms, we need it here. -

I'd like to pass a help desk ticket number to be auto populated in the form.

Please add this feature. This is a huge limitation, and our organization would need to switch to other platforms due to the lack of fundamental features like this one.

Please Microsoft, any updates on this, have moved from Google Forms and it is the one feature which I am needing to keep some Google Forms live for.

Free products like Google forms have this for many many years. its such a basic functionality I find absurd that Microsoft doesn't implement it.
Besides the many examples here, another use is to integrate with other products, where that product can prefill its data into a form, then use Power Automate to integrate with another system.

Hi there, we need this feature so that we can distinguish how they user is getting to the survey. For example, if we send it by email, we want to use &s=email, or if it's via the website &s=site. That way we know which method the user used to get to the survey.

In my case, it's useful to identify the CRM case that's been treated in the survey and de User Agent that managed the case.
Even more..... Allow to manage hidden fields so you can put that private information in there, away from view of who is replying the survey. -

This seems like an essential requirement. How can Forms have existed so long without it?
