Allow pre-populated data via URL parameter
It would be helpful to be able to add a GET value to the share link to provide default answers to questions. E.g., ?q1=default&q2=default2

Microsoft does not seem to care about customers' input. This is too bad.

This shouldn't take more than a couple days of development and testing to implement -- why has it been 3 years and 3,078 votes for it, and still no action?

Feature will be very useful! MS Team please implement it as a priority. I'm sure that functionality will increase the value of the product (MS Form). Thanks in advance!

Adding this feature will allow us to integrate Forms with our app in a way that we can link it back to a user account on our system. Please add it!

In our process, it is really crucial to have the ability to pass on a unique record identifier to match up the survey results with existing data, and the lack of this feature is giving us a huge headache. Microsoft, please add this feature

_+ for this.. Also trying to dynamically change a Form depending on external data...
One example would be notifying a user within the Form of how many other people have filled out the form that day. (counter resets at midnight daily). If anyone has any ideas for that!

We have come across several use cases where this would be valuable. We need to send surveys to users for different products... and if we can avoid the user having to select the product list from a drop down, or risk bad data entry by pre-populating from a URL parameter, it will lead to greater engagement and data quality.

Please add this feature. We use only O365 products and this would save so much manual effort when sending forms to external users to populate. Currently now looking at google forms instead, but not part of our company strategy.
