Allow pre-populated data via URL parameter
It would be helpful to be able to add a GET value to the share link to provide default answers to questions. E.g., ?q1=default&q2=default2
As the road map it to use Forms against D365 Voice of customer, we certainly need few hidden fields on Forms to auto populate so that we can link it back to the D365 data. Please prioritise this requirement.

Please implement this. It would make our digital onboarding with Forms/Flow/PowerApps an absolute beauty.
Would like to be able to post form link to SharePoint pages and pull the page URL in or at least a string so I know where the Form is being submitted from. Current state I need to add a field for the user to input the Page URL.

Would like to grab a ticket id from a help desk system to use in the flow that gets triggered from the form to gather ticket info from zendesk.
I would like to auto populate Name of the Form filler and a few other fields about the person taking survey so that when a submit is pressed, all this information is recorded to create reports that we need

Really need this. If you need to get feedback or use forms to collect based on a unique id, this is so important. Can't leave it up to a user to use a free-text field for this

Can't do it with Google Form, or Survey Monkey, due to company data security policy. MS Forms should play nicer with its own family.

stunned that this is not available

moving back to google forms because of this feature missing.

I want to link from my different reports to a form that I can then take the parm and use it to show what report the feedback is coming from. I can than take that data via Flow to SQL server and then push out ratings on each report. Capture how to make reports better via Form.

Or it should at least be usable in MS Flow as Paramters

This is a show stopper as everyone else has said.

Guys waiting for the never appearing parameter support in ms forms, use jotforms, its supported. https://www.jotform.com/blog/microsoft-flow-integration/ its a premium connector, but you can get the job done, you are welcome. MS catch a wake up!
Jotforms is superior to ms forms. PS: I dont work for jotforms, just find it a great product.

Lacking this feature does not allow me to switch to Forms. Show stopper for me, unfortunately. Want to use it for case feedback, but it only makes sense if I know the case-ID it is referring to.
I cannot make this a manual entry.
Please bring in this basic feature. It's frustrating to need to use free Google Forms because this paid service doesn't provide it. How much effort would it take from the AI research to build in this basic functionality? It's no use being able to search for pizzas in my onedrive when basic, needed functionality isn't there yet.

This should be here now.

Make this happen!

Either implement this or give up to Google and implement Google forms into Microsoft flow so at least we can benefit from the power of Flow and Google.
It is frustrating that many of 'must' features are missing and not been updated.
I know there are low hanging fruits that MS can easily add and fix, but there are 'must' functions to be able to utilize tools like Forms. There is currently no way of setting a default value to a question.
For me it is the reason why i am not using Microsoft form (although I would like to) but another provider (Typeform ...and I am paying for the service).
We need this feature as soon as possible. Do we know whether this is work in progress or not at all?
