Anonymous participants with one response per person.
How to allow anonymous participants and at the same time each participant can only attempt one time only.
Such an important feature! Please scoot it on up the list!!

so important! I need to make sure that one person only can fill out the form once, even though they are not part of my organization.
Now, anonymous form respondents can fill out the form as many times as they wish, which can easily skew the results to be the opposite of what the true response should be.
Can this be so difficult use? Just log the IP adress and make sure that an IP adress that have completed the form cant take the form again?

We understand the restriction on anonymous users however, thank you response message is a new page which is followed by already submitted response by the user, from previous step. So, it can be hidden only on Thank you page.
A Setting like "Thank you page to allow another submission ON/OFF" will be much appreciated.
This is a must as a requirement. Without the ability to restrict the number of responses for people outside your organisation, Forms has very limited use and appeal.
This is a very needed feature for our organisation.
we send out a survey to 10'000 members, who have the power of voting for certain directives in the org, we want only them to be able to answer, and only answer once, but the vote should be anonymous
Currently, anonymous form respondents can fill out the form as many times as they wish, which can easily skew the results to be the opposite of what the true response should be.
By refusing to allow us to designate one response per person, even for anonymous users, you have destroyed the reliability of Microsoft Forms. We can not count on the results as being accurate.
However, if you were to enable this feature, which could be done fairly easily by logging IP addresses, the reliability of the responses would then be something we could count on.
i guys! I hope you are Fine, I have a question, I would like to know how we can do so that when the option is active "Anyone with the link can answer" when the survey enabled, can respond only once.
This option is activated only when in "Only people in my organization can respond"

If we are using the "users within the organization" option, it but don't collect the name, it should be easy to only allow one response per user and keep it anonymous, shouldn't it? Or maybe using IP and browser cookie duplication checking like Straw Poll does.
Anonymous Feedback should limit response per person.
Can one answer be determined per anonymous user?
