Add a "NA" option for "rate" questions
I am creating a survey and the 1-5 scale is fine, but I need a "NA" option added.

This suggestion was offered in 2017. It is now 2020 and something as foundational as an NA option for a "Rating" question format is still not available. In my opinion, the "Rating" question format is useless in most cases because I cannot opt to implement an NA option. As a result, I am forced to use either the "Choice" or "Linkert" question format instead, as I can put in an NA option in for those formats. It's just not as intuitive or pretty. From my feedback, my students respond very positively to the ★ rating system in the "Rating" question format. PLEASE update this question format to include an NA option! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!! :-D

I would really like to see the NA option added for rating questions. Hard to accurately get survey results without it.

N/A is definitely a need option for a rating question, that would then not count that response in the summary.

ditto to Amanda's request. We'd like to replace our current surveys with a Forms, but Forms is so immature and lacking in features that we won't be able to do this. Please help Forms grow into a mature product.
