To have options for creating folders in Forms.
I suggest Microsoft Forms team to think of an option to create folders and then create forms in it.
So that I can have all the forms related to one activity in one folder and also searching becomes easy.
Moreover, the dashboard looks clutter free.
Kindly give a thought.
Thanks all for your feedbacks and suggestions. As you may noticed, we’ve added two features to help you find target forms easier:
1. Search box. You can find a form by search the form name or form owner.
2.Form’s theme is shown in form card. If you are using different themes for different type of forms, it’s easier to find out forms by color.
Does the new feature help? Could you tell us more if the new feature doesn’t solve your problem?
That´s really necessary.
The form themes are limited. i duplicate forms to tweak or develop and sometimes don't know which form is in "production" vs development. I'd like to be able to create a folder as a way to organize and categorize the forms

I'm copy and pasting Peter's comments from May 01, 2020 because of how strongly agree with his reasoning. It'd be great if there was some sort of view to see all of your forms in a way that looks similar to windows file explorer.
"While these are useful features, the interface for Forms is very bulky and organizing forms by date or type (such as for teachers creating weekly assignments by subject) remains challenging. The ability to have folders to group similar forms and types is an essential tool "
Please add folders to forms.
Please create Folders! They are desperately needed!

Create folders for Forms please. This is an expensive licence, should be a simple adjustment for MS to make. Forms are cluttered and confusing.
Folders are critical PLEASE. I see this was a suggestion from a user at least 4 years ago (given the "shared" date) Colors/themes don't contribute to organization. If anything it can add to the clutter. It is easy to miss stuff when you are scrolling. When I am planning and reviewing assignments I often refer back to other forms. This puts them at the top of my "recent" page and I can easily lose track of the Forms that students are working in now. There is no organization here at all.

The theme only helps so much. You still have to sift through the whole lot to find what you want. PLEASE, PLEASE we need folders (and subfolders) to sort things out. I teach four different classes and expect to have a couple hundred of forms/quizzes by the end of this year alone since they lend themselves so effectively for online teaching to gauge understanding of a topic.
It would be great to be able to group forms, to have them searchable through the same interface, and perhaps to store within an end users OneDrive storage and folder structure would possibly be quite useful, but might impact search speeds, and may make things easily left in folders and forgotten about.
Perhaps a traditional folder system or, tags would be a way of doing this? (and a way then of searching multiple tags as filters) i.e Filter by: Tag + Tag + Tag etc...
Also, the ability to filter by O365 group / team for user forms.
Please can we also have the number of forms per user increased?!?
PLEASE! Folders would make everything so much easier to use this within Education
Folders are a must for education. With multiple classes and subject areas, I can't remember which theme would be for which. There is too much on the page when so many forms have been created. We need the option of sorting our forms into appropriate folders to make them easy to access.

Please add the option to add folders in Forms for organization purposes. Search box and theme colors do not alleviate the organization issue that is present when you have a lot of forms to sift through.

Please add folders. The search box and theme colors do not solve the organization problem.

Please add folders as a way to organize! We are adding 10 - 12 forms weekly for remote learning. Having to go through all of the forms each day is ridiculous.
This is a great idea! The search box and different themes do not go far enough

Sorry but search feature is great but it isn´t a sollution, I am a tecaher, I use forms for testing students. I have a lot of forms. I don´t want to search for the right one. We need folders. Or something for better organization.

Or be like Google and make Microsoft Forms part of the OneDrive file structure and let us do what we want with them. I know, I'm dreaming to ask for this if they can't even add folders in 3 years.

I have been using Forms for years, and am extremely disappointed that an organization option is still not available. Folders need to be available within Forms to make organization possible. Yes, the search feature and theme visuals helps, but Forms is an overall mess. One edit, deletion of a response, etc. moves forms to the top, making organization non-existent. Please, add folders!
