To have options for creating folders in Forms.
I suggest Microsoft Forms team to think of an option to create folders and then create forms in it.
So that I can have all the forms related to one activity in one folder and also searching becomes easy.
Moreover, the dashboard looks clutter free.
Kindly give a thought.
Thanks all for your feedbacks and suggestions. As you may noticed, we’ve added two features to help you find target forms easier:
1. Search box. You can find a form by search the form name or form owner.
2.Form’s theme is shown in form card. If you are using different themes for different type of forms, it’s easier to find out forms by color.
Does the new feature help? Could you tell us more if the new feature doesn’t solve your problem?
Search box and theme are good but it does to really solve the problem of managing different forms when there is too many topics. Folders would be the be solution.
Thanks for the advances...but we still need FOLDERS. Are they coming?

Hi, for teachers being able to organise forms into a folder is absolutely essential. I teach French and Spanish and would like to have a folder that says "French" for example. Then sub folders for different levels and then more subfolders for topics. Please make that happen! :)
The new themes do help. It does mean you have to decide to use a particular theme for live and test. Having folders would be really useful when you get a number of Forms on the go.
The new feature, theming of forms, helps. But still, if like me you have over 200 quizzes for your classes, then it will be difficult to find the right one. I often change the view, zoom out, for better overview, but that makes reading the form titles so much harder. There's only one good solution really, and that is to add an explorer like view, with folders to structure your work.
I still use Forms because for me as a Maths teacher it is a great tool (apart from the one thing that it is missing...

After so many forms are created you need a way to organise them. Of you copy some for repeat usage you want to group them.
Having them all on the same screen gets messy fast.

It helps, but I suppose folders will be much more helpful
@ruoyingl While the search box is helpful, a folder feature is still required to help organize and segment the many forms that may exist and so unfortunately the features you've pointed out don't address the original problem for me.

Search great if you know what you're looking for but folders help to find forms when you don't know the exact name. e.g. a HR folder could contain Leave reques OR, Vacation request OR Holiday request forms. You might not find them if just searching, but everyone would know what an HR folder would contain.
Does anyone know if the "folders feature" is being worked on by Microsoft? I have so many forms and quizzes, it takes me forever to find the one I'm looking for...

Will we get FOLDERS before the start of next schoolyear?
You can create forms from within Excel Online or OneDrive via this link: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Create-a-form-with-Microsoft-Forms-4ffb64cc-7d5d-402f-b82e-b1d49418fd9d?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#PickTab=OneDrive_for_Business
I'd like to be able to create folders for each of my classes and student organizations. It would make it easier to find things on my dashboard
I create a lot of forms and quizzes - frequently with similar functions - e.g. feedback forms that are specifically connected to a set of training sessions and also quizzes to test knowledge. It is impossible to organise them into Categories (like you can in Outlook selecting a category for appointments, emails, etc.).
Can you please add an option so that you can give your form / quiz a category (forms and quizzes could be created for one category - e.g. tests and feedback forms for specific training)
The only fighting chance I have is to use Themes and at least I know 'Octopus equals KB Training' but it's not ideal as I'd like to use the colours and Themes to reflect our company branding.
Even better would be an option so that form / quiz creators can create a drop down list of the categories they want to use.
Totally agree - need folder structure
I have so many forms there needs to be a wy to create folders and organise my forms so they are not just a big mess
Having all of the forms on he homepage is messy and whilst I love 'forms' the lack of form management possibilities (filing, archiving etc.) is very frustrating.

Why is this not a part of Forms yet? There are over, 50 Forms that I've created. This is making it difficult to find the specific Form I want to use.

It does need organisation, but folders are not the solution. Some forms could fit into multiple categories, so use of tags to assist with the search function would be better, along with filtering (and different view options).
