Print the Form (not only results, just the empty form)
The empty form in Forms would be possible to print or export as an PDF.

Some students are gone on the days we take quizzes but I do not have a computer they can use in the classroom all of the time. It would be amazing if I could print a form and give it to those students. Also, there are some days when the computers are scheduled to be in our rooms but someone else decided to keep them and there needs to be an easy back-up plan... aka printing the quiz.

As a teacher not every student has a tablet or a phone and we need the ability to print the quiz out as if it is made in WORD. Some IEP's require paper and pencil as well. I cannot believe the empty forms cannot be printed.

I help over 3000 teachers and this request is the most requested feature. Students need a hard copy and some students require paper copy as part of their educational plan.

It would be so cool if there was a way to print off a form. Currently, if we try to print off it will only show us the first page, or what is currently on the screen.

Our organization would like the ability to print the questions also. The ability to multipurpose forms as quizzes and print them for administering them would be ideal. IE: Randomize a print without answers, along with a key for that print. Allows faculty to print a newly randomized order each term.

Some people just won't get along with computers. In some situations, it would just work to hand the printed version of the form to the people who'll fill it and say "here, please, fill this form". And then someone who understands the computer as a tool can take the answers to the online version.

We have a workforce that aren't overly computer literate - a printing function for them to fill these forms out whilst we wait for them to leave the organisation would be great!

I agree printing is not a good thing. However for some places and people in the world technology is not always prevalent and connectivity unreliable. So for those situations you can understand the requirement.
There is an alternative in those situations. Look at using Kaizala. It is like WhatsApp and is free to use. It has surveys in it that can be used offline.
Event that does not replace having a printing capability.

Er...sorry Christer, but are you actually aware that Microsoft Forms employs BRANCHING? This means that if your form harnesses this amazing feature, then the form adapts as the user fills it in. Great, eh? That means, however, that there is no one "version" of such a form to print! But the BIGGER question is WHY do you want to print forms? If you can justify growing another tree, pumping CO2 into our shared atmosphere to bleach the paper pulp, and producing an electro-plastic-mechanical machine with toxic inks to "print" the form, well then we're all ears....please enlighten us - really, I'd love to hear your justifications for encouraging printing.

Sometimes I might want the responses of external user or a written response to my quiz/ form/ survey.
I want the ability to either print a blank form (without responses) or at least be able to export it as a PDF, so that I can print it or someone I share it with can print it. -

How is it even possible this is for educational purposes and you cannot print empty forms? I am using this in a class teaching students how to LOVE 365 and I am not happy they cannot do this!

Please, we are a lot of people needing this feature. Just to save the empty form as a PDF will be enough.

Yes, I concur.
As much as Microsoft forms helps with making things digital, however, it is also adding additional administrative effort to create manual / printed copies of forms. This is required to collect feedback from non-computer users. -

Hi,
Can you please let me know when it's possible to print blank Forms.
Thanks

I can see the print feature is available, but exporting to a PDF would make my life a lot easier. Currently I'm having to take a screen shot for each response and the paste to a powerpoint, and then save as a PDF.
Having a simple 'export to PDF' would be very useful

Please can we have a way of printing blank forms/before any responses are made so we can keep hard copies for non-computer users and also to share in meetings!
