Even as a tool for sharepoint Lists, adding a picture/image would be usefull.
eg. when you want to create a helpdesk-log where your coworkers can add a screenshot with the problem, or you want to make a registration form and want them to add their photo for an ID, ...
+ all the other things listed before -

In my opinion, this is one of the biggest drawbacks between Google Forms and Microsoft Forms. So simple and yet so helpful for a multitude of use cases.

As a 1st Grade teacher, a picture option would be a GREAT and USEFUL addition to Microsoft Forms!

My organisation has an account for this but I have to use survey monkey as this feature is not available. We need image choice options for speakers of other languages who are our primary customer .

We are doing an internal competition logo within the business for the new corporate image and the marketing team took survey monkey because we were not able to insert image as multiple options on the only question we had in the forms.
We could have done one question per image but we couldn't limit the selection of question to only one.

For math it is important to have equations (or images) in both the question and the multiple choice answers

No only for adult and children but at work I also feel there is a big need to have picture as part of survey responses and recognition events.
Please add the functionality.

Real shame, I wanted to use MS forms for gathering feedback from adults with a learning disability (can't use Google Forms and others due to organisation's IT policy).
Thought MS software would be the gold standard, but seems they're playing catch-up -

We'd ditch SurveyMonkey if this functionality was implemented, please allow simple images to be inserted instead of text

This is very important for my tests, students must find the appropriate image pattern and now I have to go to Google Forms.

I would love for forms to be more diverse and have the option for pictures for the answers. Some SEN students rely on pictures to communicate answers. Please :)

Science teacher here - I would love to be able to add pictures to the answer choices in Forms. There's so much in science kids need to visualize rather than just read!!! Please please please!

If Microsoft wants to be a viable player in the Education space, this is ABSOLUTELY essential. Otherwise, every teacher I know will continue to use Google Forms.

Adding pictures as answers is essential.Without this option the MS Forms are useless for many applications. It's a shame that Microsoft was not able to implement the options that exists in Google Forms for quite some time already. Unless using pictures/graphs as answers is available in MS Forms, we will have to stick to Google Forms.

Forms needs to allow us to paste a picture in the questions and answers area. I teach math and sometimes I need to use a symbol or a drawing that can't be done on the keyboard. The place to load a picture next to the question doesn't help much.
