Timer for Quiz (Time Limit for quiz)
This item covers multiple considerations:
Adding a time limit to quiz
Adding a time limit to individual questions within a quiz
Visible timer on screen
Options to auto submit after time expires2,868 votes -
Edit Response
Allow responders to edit responses after submission. For example, if a student is taking a quiz and is unable to finish before the end of class, the student can submit the quiz to save their answers and then continue the quiz during the next class period.

Randomly chose a number of questions for a quiz from a pool of questions
I would like to create a pool of questions and Microsoft Forms should randomly chose a number of questions from this pool for a quiz.
So if I need a quick test for my students I could just tell Microsoft Forms to take 10 questions from a certain pool randomly.1,740 votes -
Convert a form into a quiz
Users accidentally create a form and want the added capabilities of a quiz. There should be a way to convert the form to a quiz

Include a Word/Character Count restriction in the Long Answer text area
Either through a character count or a word count, include a restriction in the Long Answer Question answer to set a minimum or maximum word count that would return an error message if the form submission went over/under the restriction number. This is included in another form software that you are competing against. Overall, I like this software.

allow partial credit for answers on MS quiz
Let's say it's a multiple answer question, and there are only two correct answers. But the respondent checks three answers (two of their choices are the correct answers). They should receive partial credit for this, since they did in fact get the answers correct. So if the question was worth 2 points, but they marked three choices, MS forms scores it as a 0/2. Why?

Limit number of choices in multiple choice
In Microsoft Forms currently it is possible to have multiple choice questions were we can set only one choice or many choices. I would like to see an option were we can have specified number of choices allowed, say 2, 3 or 4 out of the available options. Instead of One or all.

allow for any number of points per question or points per choice for each question.
I'm making a rubric that needs scores per question of 0-4. There are currently only options for questions that are either 5 or 10 points. Also, only points 1-5 are options for answers. There should be any number of points you choose per question/answer choice.

Enable attaching the files to the Answer fields of the form of Microsoft Forms.
*English follows Japanese
■Title(件名): Microsoft Forms の回答にファイルを添付する機能について
Enable attaching the files to the Answer fields of the form of Microsoft Forms.
■Description(内容):
Microsoft Forms のフォームの回答欄に、現在はファイルを添付する機能が実装されていない。
ファイルを添付する機能が実装されれば、フォームでお客様から情報をお寄せいただく際にとても便利になるので、是非機能として実装してほしい。Currently, we are concerned that the users cannot attach the files to the Answer fields of the form of Microsoft Forms by now. If it becomes possible, we feel its more convenient when collecting information from the customers. It will be grateful if we could apply the "Attachment" feature through Microsoft Forms.
Thank you for your consideration.

Quiz Score Available to MS Flow
When a employee completes a quiz. It would be advantageous to our organization to have their score of the quiz be a comparison item for Microsoft Flow. This way we can email the employee to take the quiz again if score unsatisfactory or we can update our assignment list to note this employee has completed the quiz.

Score in multiple answers
In case of multiple answers, point should be given to answers, instead of to questions, otherwise partial corrected answers will not be considered.
There should be the possibility to give a negative score to incorrect answers.249 votes -
Allow Form to be added as web part
I am not sure if it possible currently or not. Is it possible to add Forms created as web part on SharePoint pages? If we can add the quiz created as web part on SharePoint pages, it would really be helpful.
213 votesThanks for your suggestion!
SharePoint page support embed content. Currently you can copy the embed code of a form (click “Share” button, select “Embed” in “send and collect responses” section ) and past the code to SharePoint. The form will show as a web part on Sharepoint page.
We will continue thinking about improving the experience. -
all users to import questions from other test banks.
I have tests created in Word, ExamView, Blackboard, and it would be great if I could import from some other format so that I don't have to rewrite my questions. I am just now looking into adopting forms and Classroom for my class, and this would make the decision to switch to Microsoft much easier. Thanks!

Fill in the blank in quiz
For quiz, I suggest to add a fill in the blank option. The form is able to mark the question automatically with given answer.

Can you please add an option for VIEW ONLY.
We use forms to create a quiz for all of our teachers in the county. The results are submitted into FORMS. I share the FORMS access with our deptartment so they can view the quiz results. I do not want my deptartment staff to have both view and edit capability. I only want them to have view capability but this is not an option. Please add this option.
