Transfer ownership of Forms from one group to another group
Ability to transfer ownership of a Form from one Office 365 Group to a different Office 365 Group. Often one group will create the forms during a time-limited project but then need to hand over the form at the end of the project to a different group who will use, manage and maintain the form moving forwards. Currently there is no obvious way to move a form out of one group to a different group.

Add Captcha section at end of form
If the form is open to the general public, then I guess it is vulnerable to spamming. It would be good to add a Capthcha section at the end, to weed out the bot-responses.

Access control management
Currently Microsoft Forms support only 2 permission level
1. Anyone with the link can respond (This enables both internal and external user to access and respond to the form)
2. Only people in my organization can respond (This enables only internal people to respond to the form). In case if we need to control within the organization for a particular group of people then it is not possible in Forms today. Say for. eg., if I want to conduct a confidential survey within my department then it is not possible to control the access within my department. This is very…

remove the "create your own form" link once a response has been submitted
Once a response has been submitted, an option to "create your own form" is provided. Suggestion would be to remove this and only accept responses from this link vs. creating a new survey.

Add an option to collect Name and Email
The on/off setting to collect the Name and Email would be a great help to the form. We can avoid these options in survey and focus only on Survey questions.
In further we can couple of fucntionalities as follows
1. Avoid duplicate response with same email
2. User will have ability to update the response by sending an unique link as part of survey response.
3. Email validation ca be done.
4. Have an option to email validation to avoid unnecessary submissions.62 votes -
Allow Microsoft Flow to delete a form response once it has been acted on.
For security, I would like to take a response and send it to a user restricted folder in OneDrive and then have the response automatically delete. I can do the former using Microsoft Flow but there is no way to delete the response, without going in to Forms and Responses.

Audit logs for Microsoft Forms
As with Teams etc, it would be great to have auditing information for forms appearing in the Security and Compliance Center in O365. We are often asked whether a form response was received by a particular user (for forms filled in by users within our organization) and it would be really useful to be able to do log searches to prove whether a user really did hit that submit button or not.

Grant granular control for Group Form permissions
I think it would be useful if group members permission levels ( view, edit, full control) determined the level of control that the group member has in the Group Form. Basic level would be to view data and the higher level would be deleting records.

Add a way to restrict the default sharing scope when sharing externally
■Description(内容):
In our operation, there are plans to share forms from our group companies to external parties, but there is a possibility that external companies which are partners of one of our group companies may be competitors of another group company.
Therefore, we need to avoid leaking information when sharing forms externally, but there is no way to restrict the selection of sharing settings in the Forms external sharing function to…19 votes -
