For forms shared within the organization, the form’s name should not be displayed before the user has signed in.
To reproduce this issue, create a new form with an arbitrary name, create an internal-only link using the Share button, and open the link in unauthenticated state. The form name will be displayed briefly in the browser title bar before the user is redirected to the sign in page.1 vote
The mandatory text field will accept blank value and the form will proceed with out any error notification.
If I hit a space bar in Mandatory text field it will accept.1 vote

Third choice isn´t "Drittanbieter [thirdparty] Auswahl" but Dritte Auswahl"1 vote
i think we should be able to see all the forms and surveys we have taken in case we need to look back on them
I think we should be able to see all the forms and surveys we have not only made, but the ones we have taken also. This way we can see what we said, and come back to them if we need to for information or other uses.1 vote
When enabling the restriction option on a question the default value is number. however if i want to regret and cancel, the number restriction remains (even though the selection of restriction is off)
only way out of this situation is to create a new question and do not touch the restriction option then.1 vote
Remove the shifting of documents once accesed in forms, Add Drafts, and saved forms to avoid accidental deletion. After shared, it moves.1 vote
When you click on Restrictions, the answer box changes to "this value must be a number", even if you click out of it (without making changes). It also changes the restrictions on all added questions after this point and no way to reset it back to "Enter your answer".
The reason I encountered this was because I was hoping that there was a Restriction to "Email Address" as opposed to a number.1 vote
As of 9/25/17, it seems the webapp access is being routed to/through Hong Kong. My company's geo-blocking rules don't allow access when this happens. Further, as detailed in the Microsoft Forms documentation, actual user-submitted data is not supposed to be stored off-shore.1 vote
You can watch this moment https://twitter.com/i/moments/848112069979385856 no response and the form is still open and can be used in a new phishing campaign1 vote

Log entries from when external forms receive responses
When responses are received for forms with their sharing scope set to “Anyone with the link can respond”, the audit log shows IP address: 0.0.0.0, User: urn:forms:anonymous#<random alphanumeric string>@forms.office.com, and this can be judged to be spam and is hard to understand.
Please make IP addresses appear correctly even for forms shared with external users.0 votes
