It's ridiculous that this hasn't been done. We're considered switching back to Google Apps due to the lack of this feature. To be frank, Excel Forms, which is available to business / enterprise users, is a lousy system, especially when compared to the functionality offered for Office 365 Forms and Google Apps Forms.
Please advise ASAP.275 votes
We’re working hard preparing Microsoft Forms for businesses in Office 365, and excited to share more details with you in the coming months. Just like our teacher and student customers, we’re looking forward to hearing more from all of you!
Please educate us on how you’d use Microsoft Forms by responding to our survey: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbR_gIagXfWQFHulNT9ed6yCBUOUtFOEFYQkE0OUVINUtVR0hBV1cwVEhaMy4u
Please, allow Forms to automatically create a Excel file into onedrive with all the answers, like google drive does.
It's not convenient at all downloading the file each time to see the spreadsheet.
Thank you.17 votes
Please allow for more than a maximum of 200 forms.
I've recently reached this limit after using the forms to check for understanding of concepts. (5 class/day, 5 days/week = 25 potential forms / week = 200 forms in 8 weeks).
There seems to be no way to save them (export/import) so you have to lose some forms already created to give room for new ones.14 votes
Usability bug - "Other" answer textbox seems limited to showing 15 chars. Respondents need to back arrow to see/validate their long answers.11 votes
How to allow anonymous participants and at the same time each participant can only attempt one time only.8 votes
I recently sent out a questionnaire and one multiple choice question consisted of 24 possible selections. The response graph produced only depicted the top 10 responses. I believe, for accuracy, the response graph should show all data that was returned.5 votes
Pie chart resposes-if 10 questions and yes/no responses then all yes should be blue and all no orange regardless of question number.
Pie chart responses:
10 questions with only yes or no responses. All yes should be blue (one color) and all no should be orange (one color) regardless of question number.
For my survey, whichever had most responses would be reported on the top and in blue. So if no had most response to the answer than no would turn from orange to blue and would be listed first rather than below yes responses.
Keeping it consistent with all yes on top and blue will allow for clearer survey results reporting.4 votes
This morning I'm refreshing 4 excel sheets with form data from yesterday, and I'm getting duplicate data inputted onto my sheet. The widget on the right also is showing duplicate messages too for the data pull (8 new responses message....twice).4 votes
Depending if the choice is on one line or multiple lines, the alignement of the choice is different.
When the choice's text enters on one line, the text is placed next to the radio button or checked box
When the choice's text is splitted on multiple lines, the text is placed under the radio button or cheched box.
This is confusing when in a single questions, all the choices are presented in both alignment.
My opinion would be to always align text next to the radio button or checked box, like bulleted list in Word4 votes
You could possible to insert "options questions" to capture "date availability" but not "time availability"3 votes
Currently on preview of a form the subtitle text isn't wrapping the text properly, it is splitting words.3 votes
Often I am not near a desktop or laptop computer but I always have my phone or tablet. I found if you type forms.office.com I can access the forms creation screen. I cannot get the required or the multiple choice buttons to work on these devices. I also cannot get subtitles and math menu to appear.2 votes
You can watch this moment https://twitter.com/i/moments/848112069979385856 no response and the form is still open and can be used in a new phishing campaign1 vote
