There should be an option just to add information to the form besides the title. Like at the end I want to put a graph unrelated to a question in the form. Or contact details, or a photo etc.

Need a way to ask what time is most convenient for people. Current questions are limited. WhenIsGood does a great job of this, and should be something simple that we can add to increase capability of Forms.

Ratio of Time importance. For example 10 of 60 should be used for this, and 50 of the 60 should be used for that.

It would be good if you could hide some options from the multiple choice surveys. I want to keep the results of this ie - how many people selected it but I dont want people to see or select them anymore. I use Forms for staff to book training sessions and I want to look at the results over time so I can see which months are most popular etc but when a date has passed I want to hide that option but continue to add new dates in the future

then a repeating table to be able to add more visitors

One of the features in sharepoints survey feature that is helpful is having the people chooser connected to either AAD or sharepoint to select people from the list. I have some forms that I people want to refer to internal people and ensuring proper contact for "Bob Smith" as well as using responses for Flow workflows would make this tool much more useful.

If raidio one and 2 selected go to question x else next question

basically branching is good but for multiple question answers its lacking functionality
