If I am sent a choice of meeting times as a Form I want to see how popular certain times are with colleagues who have already answered before I give my response. (I know about Polls in Outlook but these are hard for the user to see when received in an email).

A user answering a form may need to add multiple entries answering the same question. For example 'list the names of the visitors you would like to attend the event on this day at this time'.
Good if user can select 'add more entries' to certain questions to avoid completing separate forms and retain info already entered elsewhere on the form.
