  1. Email score and feedback from the Quiz

Once the quiz is complete, that when published it can send an email to the students that took the quiz, in order to get a feedback with their score and/or observations.

  4. Fill in the blank in quiz

For quiz, I suggest to add a fill in the blank option. The form is able to mark the question automatically with given answer.

  5. More than 7 Options in Likert Scale

It would be good to have more than 7 Options in Likert Chart as some survey needs more than 7 Options.

  6. Allow the option to shuffle questions within quiz sections

When using sections within a quiz, there should be an option to "shuffle questions" within each section.
Currently, the option to shuffle questions is not available at all when a quiz contains sections.

  8. Add a column that shows the total points available, or percent correct when exporting a quiz to Excel.

We are trying to migrate from another platform to Microsoft Forms, but the Quiz results, when exported to Excel, do not indicate the total number of points available for a quiz. They sum the total points scored, but without knowing the number of points that could be scored outside of Excel, there's no way to calculate an actual score (percentage correct) from the Excel export. The percentage is shown in the web view of the quiz results, so it should be pretty easy to include that as part of the export.

    Thanks!

  9. Random Quiz

I want to have a Quiz, for example, with 20 question, and to have a setting where I can define a 5 question-quiz, and that it choose 5 random question from the 20 question pool.

  13. Include a time-management mechanism

For teachers it could be handy to be able to set time for every question. Imagine you start the "test" and you see the first question for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes the next question or set of questions appear. The former question could either stay, so that students can catch up, or disappear, if timing is important. But after the time for the whole form is over the form is automatically being sent. This could be used for educational games.

  14. Add option to insert a hyperlink in Microsoft Forms

    *English follows Japanese
    ■Title(件名):
    Microsoft Forms にてハイパーリンクを設定する方法を希望します。

Add option to insert a hyperlink in Microsoft Forms

    Microsoft Forms

We would like to have ability to insert a hyperlink to a quiz as users select from selections when creating new quiz. We can add URL but the problem is it sometimes gets too long. So what we want to do is to insert a hyperlink instead of long URL in columns and redirect user to that link, just like Excel.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  15. Print all answer sheet

I want to print the answer sheet for all my student. Printing them one by one is too long. I have over 150students... There should be a way to print all of the answer sheet at once.

  16. Allow differnt weighting for questions in questiionnaire

In creating a survey, I would like the option to place weighting to the various answers in order to tabulate the results automatically. This weighting option is only available for the quiz option where one right question is chosen, in the questionnaire requesting feedback on control issues it would be desirable to have each question separately weighted.

  17. Allow results to be viewed without showing correct answers (or user's answers)

Currently the options for results seem to be view now or what till someone reviews. I would like to be able to show only score. I don't want tester to see correct results and probably not even see their results

  18. More options for the quizzes

I would like to see couple options in the Quiz, so I will consider it a full alternative for Blackboard quizzes.
1- I can group the forms/quizzes in folders.
2- set timer for the quiz
3- limit number of attempts (not only once or open).
4- Have the ability to have multiple questions or block of questions so there will be different versions of the quiz for different attempts.
